Alexis Walker leads editorial strategy and content production for ServiceNow Futures, the team charged with mapping the future of business and technology. She translates research and executive perspectives into reports, articles, and other assets, bringing the vision, clarity, and insight to deliver thought leadership that shapes enterprise decisions.

​Before moving into industry, Walker was an Associate Professor of History and Political Science at Saint Martin's University, where she wrote Divided Unions: the Wagner Act, Federalism, and Organized Labor. That grounding in research, storytelling, and deep thinking informs how she frames Futures' work for enterprise audiences.

She holds a B.A. from Willamette University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Cornell University.
